Senior Specialist, Business Planning and Analysis
About The Position
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Wealth Management team. In this role, you’ll make an impact by conducting analyses and reporting in support of business operations, special projects, initiatives, and operational planning activities. You will gather, organize, and review operational data and metrics, applying established processes and precedents. You will analyze and synthesize data, then compile findings into reports and presentations for technical and business audiences. You will also support project teams by providing analytical expertise to help achieve project objectives and contribute to team objectives and provide guidance to less experienced staff as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and business partners.
- Familiarity with organization and function operations, including metrics, performance indicators, and reporting protocols.
