This role is central to that mission. The Senior Specialist, AI GTM Automation will collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders to pinpoint high-impact opportunities. Following this, they will be responsible for building and deploying AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing pipeline generation, improving the buyer experience, and increasing the effectiveness of sales representatives. The position is suited for individuals who are driven by owning outcomes and capable of moving quickly in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of GTM systems, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and data workflows
• Familiarity with Salesforce and common GTM platforms
• Proven ability to ship solutions and measure their real-world impact

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI agent frameworks or workflow automation tools (e.g., Relevance AI, Zapier, n8n, Clay)
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and move from problem to solution quickly
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Sharp prioritization skills and good judgment on what to build (and what not to)
• Bias for action and curiosity to design workflows and capabilities that work

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven workflows and agents across the GTM stack, from inbound lead handling to outbound automation
• Integrate systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and data enrichment tools
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into scalable solutions
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI initiatives based on performance and return on investment
• Drive adoption of AI tools across GTM teams by enabling and educating stakeholders
• Contribute to initiatives such as conversational AI, account intelligence, and personalization at scale
