About The Position

At the heart of our solution is Astra, our intelligent AI layer, which helps you create AI Agents for all customer interactions and all your messaging platforms. By integrating AI agents into the ecosystem, we enable businesses of all sizes to deliver measurable ROI and build deeper customer relationships. We are looking for a GTM Engineer – Revenue Technology (AI & Automation) to design and build the systems that power our go-to-market engine across LATAM markets. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to understand how GTM operates in reality (not just how it is documented), and translate that into scalable, intelligent systems. Your goal is to turn fragmented tools, workflows, and data into a unified, automated, AI-powered revenue engine, while enabling regional teams to operate faster and more effectively.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, CRM Architecture, or a closely related Systems / Automation role
  • Experience building automation, integrations, or AI-driven systems in a SaaS or GTM environment
  • Has personally shipped at least one LLM-powered workflow in production — that solved a real business problem
  • Strong understanding of Business systems and workflows; APIs, webhooks, and automation logic
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Automation tools, Data systems
  • Comfort working with messy, unstructured data and fast iteration cycles
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable business impact (pipeline, conversion, velocity)
  • Builder mindset — you prefer creating systems over managing processes
  • Ability to work remotely across time zones with global teams
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (required), with strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and build systems to automate Lead routing, Pipeline movement, Lifecycle workflows
  • Sync data across CRM, billing, product, and support tools
  • Own systems end-to-end: Discovery Build Rollout Adoption Iteration
  • Build sales automation workflows, account intelligence systems, and pipeline infrastructure
  • Develop expansion and churn detection engines
  • Create real-time signals for Sales prioritization, Expansion opportunities, Retention risks
  • Build AI-powered systems to Qualify and enrich leads, Detect buying signals and prioritize accounts, Surface deal risks and recommend next-best actions
  • Automate repetitive decision-making across GTM workflows using LLMs and agents
  • Transform CRM, product usage, campaign, and conversation data into actionable insights
  • Build systems that provide real-time intelligence to revenue teams
  • Continuously improve Conversion rates, Speed to lead, Pipeline velocity, Sales productivity
  • Define success metrics and own outcomes end-to-end
  • Operate with a strong focus on measurable business impact
  • Continuously iterate and improve systems based on performance and feedback
