About The Position

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Specialist Affiliate Marketing professional to manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of our traditional affiliate program while supporting the growth of our social affiliate presence across Meta and YouTube. This role is the hands-on engine of the affiliate channel — owning partner relationships, keeping the program running efficiently, and identifying opportunities to improve performance within the US ecommerce business. You will help keep SharkNinja at the forefront of affiliate marketing, exploring how publishers, creators, and AI-powered discovery intersect to influence how consumers find, evaluate, and buy products. Reporting to the US Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the TikTok affiliate team, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social, Creative, and Analytics, and coordinate with external affiliate networks, agencies, and platform partners.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, social commerce, or a closely related field.
Hands-on experience managing an affiliate program, including partner recruitment, network management, commission structures, offer coordination, tracking, and reporting.
Working knowledge of social affiliate or creator commerce programs (Meta, YouTube, or comparable platforms).
Solid understanding of affiliate economics, attribution, and conversion optimization — you know how to read the numbers and act on them.
Curiosity about the future of affiliate marketing, including the relationship between publisher content, AI-powered search, and shopping recommendations — and the ability to translate emerging trends into practical tests.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with publishers, creators, networks, and agencies.
Strong organizational skills — you can manage a high volume of active partners, offers, and deadlines without letting things slip.
Clear communicator who can prepare performance summaries and partner updates for internal and external audiences.
Proficiency in affiliate network platforms and comfort with Excel or comparable reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day management of SharkNinja’s traditional affiliate program: partner approvals, offer and link management, placement coordination, commission structures, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution.
Recruit and onboard a productive mix of publishers, editorial and content partners, loyalty and rewards platforms, comparison and deal sites, and emerging commerce affiliates.
Build and maintain working relationships with active partners, negotiating commissions and placements within established program guidelines and escalating complex commercial terms to the Manager.
Translate the US Ecommerce commercial calendar into affiliate activations that support product launches, priority categories, promotions, and seasonal events.
Strengthen partner engagement through product seeding, early access, customized offers, and performance recognition.
Stay close to how publishers are adapting to AI-powered search and shopping, identifying opportunities to strengthen SharkNinja’s presence in product reviews, comparisons, and buying guides that support discovery across these experiences.
Support the build and management of SharkNinja’s social affiliate presence on Meta and YouTube — assist with creator recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
Identify high-performing social affiliate content for potential amplification, flagging opportunities to the Manager and Performance Marketing team.
Coordinate with the TikTok affiliate management team to share learnings and align on execution across platforms.
Monitor partner and program performance daily, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
Continuously test and refine partner mix, offers, placements, and content to improve revenue, conversion, and return on investment.
Help test emerging affiliate partnerships and AI-enabled tools, evaluating their impact on product discovery, referral traffic, conversion, and measurement.
Prepare regular performance reports and channel updates for the Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage affiliate networks, agencies, and technology tools with accountability for execution quality.
Support Legal and Finance on partner agreements, disclosures, and payment processing as needed.
