About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Sourcer to architect and own the talent CRM, transforming it into a pre-vetted bench of candidates. This role involves building a structured talent pipeline, serving as a strategic sourcing partner on complex searches, and leveraging various tools to identify and engage exceptional talent. The Senior Sourcer will be responsible for maintaining the CRM, monitoring talent market signals, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to provide a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in high-growth tech, media, sports, gaming, or consumer businesses.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain structured talent pipelines.
  • Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern AI sourcing tools (Gem, ChatGPT, SeekOut, or equivalent).
  • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms — Greenhouse strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; comfortable maintaining warm candidate relationships over months.
  • Data-driven mindset — you track what you build, you can speak to bench health clearly, and you improve based on what the data tells you.
  • Self-directed and ownership-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present sourcing work clearly to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and own Fanatics Collectibles' talent CRM within Greenhouse, building a pre-vetted bench across defined capability archetypes.
  • Design and maintain a structured multi-stage engagement model with clear quality standards.
  • Build and maintain target company lists and sourcing playbooks per archetype.
  • Own ongoing talent market signal monitoring and act on intelligence in real time.
  • Maintain bench freshness through a structured re-engagement cadence.
  • Deliver exec-ready weekly bench health reporting by function and priority area.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to embed CRM intelligence into every search.
  • Build internal relationships to surface referrals and maintain alignment.
  • Act as the internal expert on talent market signals.
  • Continuously evolve the CRM strategy as the business scales.
  • Serve as sourcing partner on the hardest, most critical open reqs.
  • Leverage the CRM bench, internal referral pool, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools to build exceptional candidate slates.
  • Leverage AI tools, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and related market intelligence platforms to deliver talent mapping.
  • Conduct initial screens and deliver well-qualified, well-briefed candidates to recruiting partners.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategy based on market signals and CRM data.
