Senior Solutions Specialist

TensorWave•Las Vegas, NV

About The Position

TensorWave is seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist to support active, multi-year capacity deals during a period of company growth. The role partners with sellers from customer discovery and deal sizing through site fit, pricing, negotiation, and signature. Its primary focus is matching active deals to available capacity, while also supporting Deal Desk and sales operations. The position is part of the GTM Strategy & Operations team, which operates the systems, data, and processes supporting sales, marketing, and partnerships, including Deal Desk and pipeline reporting. The Senior Solutions Specialist reports directly to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations and works closely with sellers and cross-functional partners across Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, Operations, Legal, and Cluster Engineering.

Requirements

  • Track record taking wholesale colocation or hyperscale deals of 10 MW and up through negotiation to signature, including non-standard deals.
  • Deep understanding of how power and site costs drive deal pricing.
  • Technical depth across compute, networking, storage, and data center infrastructure sufficient to conduct first-pass discovery with customer technical teams.
  • Ability to read MSAs and order forms and identify terms that affect deal value or risk.
  • Credibility with infrastructure leaders who purchase data center capacity at this scale.
  • Experience with pipeline and sales reporting in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working through deal models with Finance and building customer decks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in GPU cloud, HPC, or other high-density infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with committed, multi-year capacity contracts, including ramps and phased delivery.
  • Familiarity with AMD Instinct GPUs and rack-scale systems.
  • Experience in a sales engineering, Deal Desk, sales operations, or commercial operations role at a cloud or infrastructure company.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sellers to size and package active deals in GPUs, racks, megawatts, and contract term.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Deal Desk, and RevOps on deal financial models, including how site lease rates and power costs affect price and margin.
  • Compare pricing and structure options against Finance guidelines and explain their impact for the customer and TensorWave.
  • Maintain an understanding of current and upcoming capacity by site using Operations' figures.
  • Recommend site fit for deals based on power, density, cooling, and Ready for Service date, using sellable capacity published by Operations; obtain confirmation from Capacity Planning.
  • Work with sellers on a smaller or later deal when available capacity cannot accommodate a deal's size.
  • Keep each active deal's size, site, and timing current so it is reflected in the capacity forecast.
  • Join customer calls with sellers to understand needs related to storage, networking, timelines, and workload operations in addition to GPUs.
  • Conduct first-pass technical discovery to size and scope deals, and involve Engineering for deeper technical questions during validation.
  • Lead discussions with customer infrastructure teams about power and site readiness using Operations-confirmed dates.
  • Support sellers in negotiations with sizing, structure, and site options within Finance guidelines or Deal Desk approvals; the seller leads price and terms.
  • Draft customer proposals and decks with sellers and present the infrastructure sections.
  • Prepare Deal Desk submissions with RevOps and Finance, including recommendations and rationale for exceptions; route matters outside guidelines for Finance and leadership approval.
  • Support daily Deal Desk intake, tracking, and follow-up with Finance.
  • Coordinate open issues with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Cluster Engineering, and escalate stalled matters to the manager.
  • Review contract drafts before signature against Deal Desk approvals and return discrepancies to Deal Desk.
  • Help keep deal information current in HubSpot, following up with sellers on stage, close date, sizing, and next steps according to the manager's standards.
  • Run pipeline and deal reports and prepare forecast inputs for the manager.
  • Identify deal blockers and patterns, provide context and recommendations to the manager, and suggest process or seller-training changes.
