About The Position

The DataPelago Solution Architect serves as a technical partner to customers throughout the pre-sales and early-adoption journey. Beyond demonstrations and standard configuration, the position helps determine where the technology delivers the greatest value, drives proof-of-concept execution, defines measurable success criteria, and helps move customer interest toward technical evaluation and deployment. The role combines expertise in modern data architectures and distributed data processing with the ownership and adaptability needed in a startup-style environment. It also helps establish technical practices and field engagement models that can scale within NetApp.
