About The Position

WRITER is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to work with its largest and most strategic prospects and customers, identifying, validating, and building agentic AI solutions that address complex enterprise needs and deliver business value. The role involves designing how leading companies adopt and scale AI using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and custom applications.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of WRITER’s Chicago hub. The position reports directly to the Director, Solutions Architecture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect, enterprise architect, or sales engineering.
• Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Experience with Python, APIs, and end-to-end orchestration to augment AI workflows and integrate AI capabilities into complex enterprise systems.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear business language to technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions, uncover root causes, and architect solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
• A builder’s mindset and demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, develop innovative AI solutions, and own the technical success and impact of client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and customers, translating business challenges into technical solutions for AI-powered work.
• Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure generative AI solutions using WRITER’s platform, APIs, and custom applications.
• Lead the development and execution of proofs of concept and demonstrations, including building custom templates and integrating WRITER capabilities.
• Advise C-suite executives, VPs of Engineering, and AI leaders on generative AI strategy and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
• Partner with product and engineering teams, sharing feedback from customer engagements to inform the product roadmap.
• Promote adoption of WRITER’s platform and APIs by educating prospects and partners about generative AI capabilities and enabling them to build solutions.
