About The Position

As Senior Solution Engineer with a country focus, you are osapiens’ technical face in enterprise deals in your geography. You work closely with local Account Executives and customer leaders in sustainability, procurement, supply chain and IT, translating compliance and efficiency requirements into a clear vision of how the osapiens HUB can deliver value in customers’ environments and within local regulatory contexts. The role is deliberately in-country, close to customers and on-site when it adds value. You own the full breadth of the osapiens HUB for your geography and bring local market intelligence back to Product and the wider Solution Engineering organization. You own country enterprise opportunities from tailored deep dives through customer decision, lead demonstrations and proofs of concept, support integrations and procurement processes, and represent osapiens in the local market. The position involves approximately 40–50% travel within the geography and occasional travel to the Mannheim or Munich headquarters.
