About The Position

iRely is seeking an experienced Senior level Product Manager with experience in Financial Accounting ERP software products to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution within Risk Management domains. In this role you will lead the development and management of our Financial Accounting Software Products and Solutions throughout all domain groups, with product ownership, and managing cross-functional teams located in US and International. Play a key role in delivering high-quality software features and product maintenance. Provides assessments, evaluations, coordinating, and integrating the various stages of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience, ideally with Financial Accounting products or applications.
  • Minimum 7 years’ current product management; manager or director level.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Software Implementation and Business Analyst
  • General Ledger (GL): chart of accounts, journals, periods, close processes
  • Accounts Payable (AP): invoice ingestion, payments, vendors
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): invoicing, cash application, credit & collections
  • Financial Reporting: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, management vs statutory
  • Period-End Close & Reconciliation
  • Tax, audit, and compliance concepts (SOX, internal controls, segregation of duties)
  • Basic understanding of revenue recognition and financial controls

Responsibilities

  • Develop pricing and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor and track portfolio performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth.
  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for Accounting product portfolio, encompassing both existing products and new offerings.
  • Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive assessments to identify market trends, opportunities, and portfolio gaps.
  • Define and prioritize portfolio investments based on strategic fit, market potential, and financial viability.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior management on portfolio strategy, performance, and market dynamics.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to drive portfolio growth and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key customers to drive co-development opportunities and enhance product offerings.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the portfolio.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the offering management team, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Communicate with internal (Developers, SME and Leadership) Local and Offshore teams
  • Define financial reporting requirements with accuracy, auditability, and traceability
