Senior Product Manager, ERP Integrations

TabsNew York, NY
Onsite

About The Position

Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automates the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow. High-growth companies like Cursor and Statsig rely on Tabs to generate invoices directly from contracts, reconcile payments in real time, and automate ASC 606 compliance. Founded in 2023, Tabs has raised over $91 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary. The team is headquartered in New York and brings deep expertise in finance and AI. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our ERP integrations strategy at Tabs. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and our customer-facing teams, and is critical to how we deliver value to customers and unlock new revenue. You'll be responsible for maturing our existing integrations — improving depth, reliability, and the range of configurations we support — while also defining how we scale our ERP coverage efficiently. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-oriented role where you’ll work side-by-side with engineering every day — shaping technical decisions, prioritizing tradeoffs, and driving integrations from concept through launch. You’ll also engage directly with customers and partners to understand real-world workflows and define how Tabs can scale ERP coverage over time. If you enjoy solving complex systems problems, working cross-functionally, and owning a critical product surface end-to-end, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of product experience
  • At least 2 years of experience building or owning integrations, APIs, or platform products connecting to external systems like ERPs, CRMs, or financial tools
  • Experience in systems-heavy B2B SaaS (e.g., fintech, RevOps, billing, or data infrastructure), where data accuracy, edge cases, and workflow complexity matter
  • Proven ability to move from customer-specific solutions to scalable platform features; identify patterns across one-off requests and build something repeatable
  • Comfort in customer-facing environments; ability to run discovery calls, understand technical and business requirements, and define clear next steps
  • Strong technical fluency and a highly collaborative working style with engineering; comfortable operating in the weeds on APIs, integration architectures, edge cases, and implementation tradeoffs
  • Clear communicator and low-ego collaborator; build trust across functions and have direct conversations with customers and internal stakeholders, including the CEO

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
  • Experience working with external implementation partners, systems integrators (SIs), channel partners, or ecosystem/platform strategies

Responsibilities

  • Deepen and mature existing integrations
  • Own the roadmap for four live ERP integrations: NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, and Rillet
  • Expand the range of ERP configurations and workflows supported natively, moving beyond standard use cases to handle complex enterprise customer needs
  • Build scalable, configurable solutions that work for a class of customers, reducing the need for implementation workarounds and one-off customizations
  • Improve self-serviceability so customers can set up and manage integrations with less reliance on internal teams
  • Define a strategy for supporting a broader set of ERPs, considering when direct native integrations may not be the best approach
  • Identify ERPs with the highest revenue and expansion opportunity and prioritize accordingly
  • Define how to expand ERP coverage through strategic partnerships with Systems Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and middleware platforms, balancing native integrations with scalable partner-led approaches
  • Own the build-vs-partner decision
  • Define and maintain the integration roadmap, balancing near-term customer commitments with long-term platform scalability
  • Operate as a day-to-day partner to engineering, participating in technical discussions, making tradeoff decisions, and navigating complex integration constraints and edge cases
  • Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, validate solutions, and make judgment calls about what to build and what to decline
  • Establish best practices for how Tabs builds, maintains, and evolves integrations as the surface grows

  • Competitive compensation and equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)
