Responsible for leading the strategy and delivery of Sales, Groups, and Events technology products and integrations across IHG’s digital and enterprise sales ecosystem. This role works across internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable, high‑quality capabilities that enable group bookings, meetings, housing, and related sales workflows. The role coordinates among business stakeholders, vendor partners, software development teams, technical engineers, designers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to build and maintain a comprehensive integration‑focused roadmap that addresses both near‑term delivery and long‑term capability needs. This includes orchestrating dependencies across platforms such as Salesforce, reservation systems, property management systems, sales & catering systems, websites, and call centers. The Sr. Manager, Sales Integrations manages the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation and business case development through delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization, using agile methodologies and adjusting priorities as business and customer needs evolve. This role requires strong product judgment, program execution, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear product and integration requirements. The role will also provide leadership and mentoring to Product Managers and partners as the product organization scales.
