About The Position

Erias Ventures is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a development team working on a mission analytic platform. The role involves software engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity, as well as planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts. The engineer will work with Java, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and Terraform, and provide developer support to teammates as needed. A current Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. The stated expected salary range is $245,000–$275,000, depending on education and years of experience.

Requirements

Twenty years of Systems Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
A bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; five additional years of Systems Engineering experience may substitute for the degree.
Experience with Java and updating code.
Experience building Docker containers.
Experience creating Helm charts.
Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
Ability to provide developer support to teammates as needed.
