About The Position
Root is seeking a Software Engineer to join its engineering organization and work with peers on a team within a product domain, such as Pricing, Underwriting, or Claims. The role helps solve customer and business problems in collaboration with teammates. Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or an equivalent.
- Familiarity with React/React Native or equivalents.

- Excellent communication skills with engineering colleagues and team stakeholders.
