About The Position

Capgemini is hiring an experienced Boomi Integration Lead to anchor a UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management managed services engagement. The role leads the transition from UKG Professional Services to Capgemini, establishes the support model, and drives steady-state delivery for Boomi-based integrations embedded within the UKG SaaS platform. It combines technical leadership, transition management, and service delivery ownership. This is a hybrid role based across Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, New Jersey, Nashville, and Chicago.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in Boomi.
• Strong expertise in Dell Boomi (AtomSphere).
• Experience with integration process design.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with data mapping and transformations.
• Experience leading integration platforms in enterprise environments.
• Strong exposure to the UKG / Kronos Workforce Management platform.
• Understanding of timekeeping, labor scheduling, and payroll integrations.
• Prior onshore and client-facing experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from UKG Professional Services to Capgemini.
• Establish the support model for the engagement.
• Drive steady-state delivery for Boomi-based integrations embedded within the UKG SaaS platform.
