About The Position

Argano is seeking a skilled Boomi Integration Developer for a Senior Consultant role. The position designs, develops, tests, deploys, and manages integrations between enterprise applications using the Boomi Integration Platform. The successful candidate brings experience with API development, master data management, system integrations, EDI, data transformation, database and file-based integrations, and enterprise systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle ERP/HCM, or ServiceNow. The role delivers Boomi projects as part of a project team, managing deliverables, code reviews, deployments, production support, and integration workstreams. It involves collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, project managers, and other cross-functional colleagues to gather requirements and deliver scalable, reusable solutions. The position also includes mentoring junior developers, defining integration standards and frameworks, and contributing to effort estimates and technical solution design. Requirements

Advanced English communication skills.
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise application integration.
At least 3 years of hands-on Boomi development experience.
Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Boomi integration projects.
Experience in enterprise integration environments involving hybrid cloud and on-premise systems.
Experience leading integration workstreams and mentoring junior developers.
Experience performing code reviews, deployment management, and production support.
Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
Experience supporting production environments with SLA-driven support models.
Strong hands-on experience with the Boomi Integration Platform, including Integration, API Management (APIM), DataHub/Master Data Hub, Flow, EDI, Event Streams, and AgentStudio.
Expertise designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
Experience developing integrations with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle ERP/HCM, or ServiceNow.
Knowledge of API lifecycle management, authentication, and security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Authentication, SAML, and API Gateway concepts.
Experience with REST and SOAP web services; XML, JSON, CSV, and flat files; XSLT and data transformation; and database integrations with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS, or SNS.
Experience with EDI transaction processing, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ability to design scalable, reusable, and maintainable integration frameworks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using the Boomi Integration Platform.
Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or Salesforce and third-party applications.
Develop using the REST Client connector.
Design and implement scalable integration workflows and reusable components using REST APIs, message queues, and cloud-based solutions.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation using Boomi tools.
Monitor integrations and troubleshoot production issues.
Implement logging and error handling, and optimize integration performance.
Gather integration requirements with internal teams and deliver integration solutions.
Support code reviews and delegate tasks to other team members.
Maintain documentation for integration processes and APIs.
Lead integration workstreams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to defining integration standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
Manage deliverables, code reviews, deployments, and production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
Perform integration monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Estimate integration effort and contribute to technical solution design.
