About The Position

Honeydew is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Growth Engineering and Patient Experience team. The role adds engineering capacity to growth and retention initiatives, building features and experiments across a TypeScript backend and React frontend to help patients start treatment, remain engaged, and have a positive experience. The engineer will collaborate with a product manager and designer to ship, measure, and learn from initiatives. In the first six months, the engineer is expected to ship growth and retention features behind feature flags with success metrics defined before launch; improve instrumentation for key patient journeys; and baseline and improve performance and accessibility on core patient pages. The role owns features end to end, from API to UI, along with their outcomes, and includes code review and investigating and fixing incidents in owned patient-experience areas. Honeydew offers competitive pay, equity, health benefits, and a fully remote role, along with employee perks and recognition programs.
