About The Position

Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support a mission-critical enterprise. The role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining intuitive user software applications. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support enterprise modernization by developing and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing software applications. The role also ensures operational objectives are met and includes technical expertise, mentorship, and process-optimization responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong development experience using Java.
• Experience with Agile software development, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Strong technical expertise.
• Experience with cross-team collaboration and secure software development practices.
