About The Position

Amwins Group is seeking a Senior Software Developer with a strong back-end focus to support and enhance Amlink Docs, its enterprise document management platform. The role develops and maintains the platform and its integrations with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise applications, while contributing to front-end development as needed. The position works in an Azure environment with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, supporting a large-scale document management environment containing hundreds of millions of documents.

The developer enhances existing functionality and identifies opportunities to improve performance, usability, and developer efficiency. The role also involves thoughtful use of AI-enabled development tools to improve productivity, with appropriate consideration for security, risk, and responsible implementation. The developer takes ownership of work on a platform deeply integrated with other business applications.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience developing and supporting applications using SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Docker/containerized applications.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
• Full-stack development experience with a clear strength in back-end engineering.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Vue.js, ideally Vue 3, and/or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support Amlink Docs using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Maintain and improve integrations between Amlink Docs, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise applications.
• Contribute to front-end development using Vue.js/TypeScript and React.
• Work in an Azure environment and use Docker and CI/CD pipelines in application development and deployment.
• Support Microsoft integrations, including Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Office.js, and Outlook add-ins.
• Enhance existing functionality and identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, and developer efficiency.
• Use AI-enabled development tools thoughtfully to improve productivity, including in development workflows and user stories, while considering security, risk, and responsible implementation.
• Take ownership of development work supporting a platform deeply integrated with other business applications.
