About The Position
Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Developer to support a mission-critical enterprise within the defense and intelligence community. The role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining intuitive user software applications. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and maintain secure, scalable, high-performing software applications, support enterprise modernization, and help ensure operational objectives are met.
Requirements
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
- Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong development experience using Java.
- Experience with Agile software development, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong technical expertise.
- Experience collaborating across teams and using secure software development practices.
