About The Position

I'm partnering with a well‑established professional services client in downtown Oklahoma City to help them identify a Senior IT Site Administrator to support their primary office and collaborate with a centralized IT team across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to, on‑site IT leader, balancing hands‑on technical support with site‑level ownership of systems, infrastructure, and end‑user experience. The environment is fast‑paced, client‑facing, and deadline‑driven, where reliability, discretion, and strong communication skills are critical.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent certifications and experience
  • 5–7 years of progressive IT support or systems administration experience
  • Experience supporting professional services environments (law firm experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Active Directory
  • Advanced understanding of document formatting standards and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro and document troubleshooting
  • Experience managing IT assets and workstation deployments
  • Ability to work independently as the primary on‑site IT resource while collaborating with remote teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on‑site IT support resource for the Oklahoma City office, with remote support for users in other locations as needed
  • Lead day‑to‑day site‑level IT operations, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational standards
  • Provide high‑touch end‑user support in a Windows‑based environment, including the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Act as an escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and document‑related issues
  • Partner closely with centralized IT teams and provide backup support for systems administration functions
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies using Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning and equipment setup
  • Troubleshoot and support Windows Server environments (monitoring, patching coordination, maintenance support)
  • Maintain working knowledge of networking infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
  • Support virtual server environments (VMware experience preferred)
  • Install and support network printers, drivers, queues, and access
  • Provide advanced support for Microsoft Office, including complex document formatting, templates, and styles
  • Support Adobe Acrobat Pro and legal/professional document workflows
  • Assist with endpoint security, patch management, backups, and recovery processes
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support lifecycle management
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors and service providers
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and support continuous improvement initiatives, including AI‑related projects
  • Participate in cross‑functional projects and provide occasional backup support to other departments
