About The Position

Under the guidance of the Manager, this position is responsible for production
support of the organization’s applications. As the primary point of contact,
this individual is knowledgeable in all technical and operational aspects of the
applications supported. This role involves resolving issues that arise,
investigating solutions to problems, collaborating closely with business
partners and vendors, and providing Information Technology (IT) support for
organization initiatives.
