Application Administrator

Premier Roofing CompanyGlendale, CO
$85,000 - $100,000

About The Position

We don’t just install roofs — we build systems that power people, performance, and growth. At Premier Roofing, our field teams operate at a high level — and that only works when our systems do too. When something breaks, slows down, or doesn’t connect, it impacts everything. We’re looking for an Application Administrator who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can keep multiple systems running seamlessly. If you’re the person who can hear “something isn’t syncing” and immediately start connecting the dots — this role is for you.

Requirements

  • You don’t accept surface-level answers — you dig until you find the root cause
  • You can translate technical issues into plain language (and vice versa)
  • You thrive managing multiple systems and priorities at once
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • You notice when something feels “off” — especially in data — and take action
  • Experience working across multiple SaaS platforms (CRM, field ops, project systems)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog of issues
  • Working knowledge of financial workflows (invoices, balances, job costs)
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or software partners

Responsibilities

  • Application & System Administration
  • Own the performance and day-to-day functionality of our core platforms across sales, operations, and project management.
  • Integration & Data Flow Support
  • Monitor and troubleshoot how systems connect (Sales Rabbit, Amplify, Rooflink, R3, etc.) to ensure data flows accurately and consistently.
  • Cross-Platform Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose issues across multiple tools — whether it’s a rep not showing in a system or financial data not aligning — and resolve root causes.
  • Vendor & Software Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact with software vendors. Escalate issues, track bugs, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Operational Support
  • Partner with field teams, finance, and leadership to remove friction from workflows and keep projects moving.

Benefits

  • $85,000–$100,000 base salary
  • Full benefits package – medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO (we trust adults to manage their time)
  • 401(k) 50% match up to 6%
  • Premier-provided apparel to represent the brand with pride
