About The Position

The Application Administrator manages the day-to-day administrative activities for third-party and internal applications (such as Open Text and MAP) to aid and support ongoing maintenance, workflow creation, and optimization. The Administrator works closely with multiple teams within Quantum Health with the objective to continually optimize the tools for creating efficiencies of workflow and user management. The Administrator ensures the solution keeps pace with changes in operations, policies and procedures .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with preferred major in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent experience required
  • 2-4 years of strong technical and functional experience
  • Experience working with technical workflows
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship management and intrapersonal communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and monitoring of appropriate user workflows, auto approval rules, etc. for the application utilizers, in partnership with feedback from operations and operational excellence.
  • Perform ongoing system administration (maintaining user roles, security settings, profiles, work-flow rules and data integrity, installing system updates, etc.)
  • Support correspondence executions within the application (third-party tool) and manage any customization requests from clients.
  • O ther duties as assigned.
