Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- Advanced JavaScript and Glide scripting
- ITIL process expertise
Nice To Haves
- ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Design and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Asset Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and UI policies
- Ensure ITIL best practices and governance compliance
- Support production issues, upgrades, and enhancements
