Senior Service Associate M-F 8am-4:30pm
About The Position
The Healthcare Senior Service Associate supports healthcare order fulfillment at a warehouse facility. Work includes receiving priority healthcare products, storing stock, processing customer orders, picking and packing, shipping, and providing customer service support. The role helps clients efficiently handle medical devices, testing equipment, pharmaceuticals, and other healthcare products. The position performs hands-on operational work using established processes and procedures. It requires accurate execution of warehouse activities, limited supervision, and may include providing guidance to less experienced employees. Work may take place in ambient, refrigerated, or freezer storage areas.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of up to 28 feet using powered equipment such as order pickers.
- Ability to use material handling equipment, including pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, high-lift reach trucks, and order pickers.
- Ability to use radio frequency scanners and a computer-based warehouse management system.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Receive healthcare products and place stock into storage.
- Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Provide customer service support.
- Use material handling equipment to perform warehouse activities.
- Use radio frequency scanners and a warehouse management system for inbound, outbound, and inventory control activities.
- Maintain transaction accuracy and comply with safety and quality requirements.
- Perform work according to established processes and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Provide guidance to employees with less experience.
