The Senior Growth Marketing Manager develops and executes integrated marketing programs that grow brand awareness, demand, sales pipeline, and bookings across the U.S. federal government segment (civilian and defense). This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, events, webinars, digital marketing, and content-driven inbound marketing programs. The position collaborates closely with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Marketing Operations, and external partners to deliver measurable results that grow pipeline and bookings. We’re looking for an analytical, data-driven marketer who understands how federal government agencies procure technologies and how to originate, accelerate, and influence pipeline.
