About The Position

Hypernative is seeking a Senior Security Solutions Engineer to work directly with US-based customers alongside the US team, helping them implement and get the most out of the Hypernative platform. The engineer will work within customer environments to configure and customize the platform, script integrations and custom monitoring logic in Python, and guide customers through implementation and day-to-day use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts.
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards as they apply to digital assets and blockchain technologies.
• Working proficiency in Python for scripting, integrations, and custom monitoring logic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including with external partners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of effective customer-facing engagements, with patience, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in analyzing their Web3 assets, evaluating security postures, and assessing associated risks.
• Advise customers on optimal configurations for risk monitoring tools and develop monitoring and response plans covering prevention, detection, and incident response.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, keeping them informed about potential security issues and changes in the threat landscape.
• Work with technology and ecosystem partners on joint integrations and solutions for customer environments.
• Deliver security training and enablement sessions to client teams, including technical staff and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support Sales with professional services scoping, proposals, and technical positioning.
• Configure and customize the Hypernative platform for customer environments, including custom rules, integrations, and Python scripting.
• Provide hands-on implementation support to ensure security practices integrate with customers’ existing workflows.
