About The Position

The candidate will serve as an experienced SAP OTC Business System Analyst / Functional Consultant in an independent, customer-facing role. The position involves translating business requirements into functional specifications, investigating system behaviors and interface issues, and collaborating with development and cross-functional teams with limited direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP OTC Business System Analyst or Functional Consultant, including the ability to work independently in customer-facing roles.
• Strong hands-on SAP SD/OTC (Order-to-Cash) expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce (SFDC) with SAP ECC.
• Extensive experience with order management, logistics and delivery processes, EDI and interfaces, billing, and functional testing.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Experience investigating existing system behaviors and resolving interface issues.
• Proven ability to collaborate directly with technical development and cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
