About The Position

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement configured and customized Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs. You will work with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role also involves providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and participating in Salesforce project planning and execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Over 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components.
Proficiency in declarative and programmatic Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs and third-party applications.
Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data management practices.
Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Trustworthiness, honesty, decisiveness, curiosity, persistence, adaptability, and accountability.
Strong communication skills, empathetic listening, and an open-minded, collaborative approach.
Willingness to learn and tolerance for ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and improve user experience.
Perform data migrations, integrations, and deployments using Salesforce tools and APIs.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and flows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Ensure solution quality and performance through testing and code reviews.
Stay current with Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
Participate in Salesforce project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements.
Lead code reviews and provide feedback to support best practices and coding standards.
