Salesforce Senior Developer
About The Position
Wipro is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer to deliver Salesforce architecture and development work. The role provides technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies, and develops architectural solutions and designs for project execution teams to implement. The developer may lead a work stream or act as a team lead, managing complex components of a work plan or project. The position requires Salesforce customization experience, including Sales and Service Cloud, and requires Financial Service Cloud experience. It also involves work across project life cycles, development and maintenance projects, and agile software development.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience working on Salesforce customizations.
- 5+ years of programming experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Financial Service Cloud is required.
- Experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
- Experience defining new architectures and driving an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
- Experience with complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Knowledge and experience developing software using agile methodologies.
- Salesforce Technical Certifications.
- Salesforce Platform Development skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce technologies.
- Provide architectural solutions and designs to project execution teams for implementation.
- Lead a work stream or act as a team lead and manage complex components of a work plan or project.
- Define new architectures and drive projects independently from an architectural standpoint.
- Perform work and manage complex and/or large consulting projects.
- Build relationships with clients and participate in practice development activities.
