Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of proven sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in upscale hotel or hospitality sales
Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
Demonstrate exceptional professional polish and presence befitting a luxury 4-diamond property
Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast paced, driven to succeed
Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
Proficiency with hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong time management skills
Understanding of respective market segment, competitors strengths, weaknesses, trends, supply and demand
