Kyocera Document Solutions KBA (KBA) is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead, develop, and coach a team of sales professionals. The primary objective of the sales team is to develop their territories, identify prospects, build relationships with new and existing clients, and close business across KBA's complete line of hardware, software, solutions, and services. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving 100% of quota through team management, including interviewing, conducting performance reviews, monthly planning, submitting accurate forecasts, and conducting ride days.
