The Senior Sales Field Representative is part of the Animal Nutrition sales team and supports the Northern Florida region. The role focuses on a small number of large or highly complex customers in a designated territory or market, handling critical or complex products and maintaining competitive positioning through strong client relationships. Travel of up to 70% is required to cover the territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of related work experience in sales, retail, business development, or a related field.
• Agricultural or animal health and nutrition experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally up to 70% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of sales experience.
• Proven equine experience.
• Master’s degree in animal nutrition or a related field.
• Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets.
• Build a business plan for each account.
• Coordinate the use of resources to provide value-added services to accounts.
• Develop strong client relationships that provide significant input into product, price, and service strategy planning.
• Support the supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
