About The Position

ULTRUS™ Product Stewardship software helps organizations make informed material, formulation, and supplier decisions while ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability across the product life cycle. As a Senior Software Sales Executive, you will lead complex sales engagements, position Product Stewardship as a strategic solution to regulatory and market challenges, and drive growth by helping customers bring safer, compliant, and more sustainable products to market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related sales experience.
  • Bachelors and/or graduate degree in software engineering or related field.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with specialty product / services within assigned Software portfolio.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Relevant technical capabilities related to assigned specialty product / service.
  • Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development of multi year software account plans by providing subject matter insight into Product Stewardship solutions, including material selection, compliance management, supply chain transparency, and sustainability across the product life cycle.
  • Contributes to product and solution strategy by sharing customer needs, regulatory pain points, industry trends, and feedback with product and service managers.
  • Maintains an ongoing plan to prioritize a portfolio of accounts, build strong customer relationships throughout the year, and identify opportunities for software adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Under moderate guidance, delivers product demonstrations and advises customers on how ULTRUS™ Product Stewardship software integrates into existing product development, formulation, and compliance workflows.
  • Uses technical and regulatory credibility to build relationships with buyers, product stewards, regulatory, EHS, R&D, and compliance leaders in support of global account leadership.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Product Stewardship customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Communicates the value proposition of Product Stewardship solutions based on a strong understanding of materials data, regulatory requirements, SDS authoring, supplier transparency, and sustainability insights.
  • Maintains ongoing customer relationships after initial sale to support renewals, increased adoption, and long term account growth.
  • Works under moderate guidance of sales leadership on proposals and closings for assigned Product Stewardship software solutions.
  • Acts on opportunities to sell specialty Product Stewardship software and related services.
  • Partners with account managers on discovery, opportunity identification, and account planning for Product Stewardship offerings.
  • Works closely with account managers to support customers seamlessly throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborates with Solution Architects and technical teams to gather customer requirements and support complex regulatory and compliance driven sales opportunities.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Product Stewardship solutions, articulating value, managing client interactions, and engaging additional technical or regulatory experts as needed.
  • Provides input to account owners on growth opportunities within assigned industries and solution areas.
  • Builds trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and account owners.
  • Supports a smooth handoff to implementation teams and Customer Success partners post sale to ensure strong adoption, compliance success, and customer satisfaction.
