About The Position

The Senior Sales Director is a high-impact, client-facing leader responsible for driving profitable growth across Sodexo’s Healthcare segment. This role is built for a strategic, consultative seller who excels at navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, building trust with C‑suite stakeholders, and shaping long-term partnerships that deliver measurable value. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities to designing integrated solutions, negotiating multi-year agreements, and influencing client outcomes. Success is defined by quota attainment, new business acquisition, cross-selling, and the ability to translate client challenges into tailored, enterprise-level solutions. This position is remote with approximately 50% travel, and the ideal candidate will reside near a major metropolitan airport to support national client engagement. Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Experience in healthcare, integrated facilities management, clinical support services, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise CRM best practices.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-year sales cycles.
  • Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation experience.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Executive presence, consultative selling skills, and a client-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation.
