National Sales Director - Healthcare

About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position is to drive new business development through several channels including internal banking partners, internal/external business partners, external search consultants and direct to institutional buyers. The sales director will be responsible for the growth of the segment and, working in concert with practice leadership, to build the organization's brand within their market segment. Brand building may include speaking at events/conferences, contributing to thought leadership pieces, or other similar activities. This individual will be accountable for the development and achievement of the revenue growth within their market segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 7 or more years of related institutional business development experience in the endowment & foundation and not-for-profit market segment
  • FINRA series 6 and 63 licensed
