Requirements

  • Life insurance product knowledge
  • Strong initiative, high energy, and natural outgoing style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams and executive leaders
  • 4 years of experience in insurance sales

Responsibilities

  • Manage field-related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness.
  • Serve as a liaison with home office managers/officers on sales-related issues, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
  • In partnership with Sales leadership, develop and execute field communications to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Participate in sales projects as needed or requested, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
