About The Position

Frontegg is seeking a full-time Sr. SDR (cold caller) to join their GTM team remotely as a full-time employee. As a Senior SDR, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities for FrontEgg’s sales team by engaging in new account outreach exclusively through cold-calling. The company will provide the list, tools, script, and training needed for the role. The role involves making dials and having conversations.

Requirements

  • Will not require citizen sponsorship.
  • Based in the USA or Canada.
  • 3+ years of cold calling experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience.
  • Fits into our salary, commission and OTE range.
  • 3+ yrs of exp in outbound sales.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in new account outreach exclusively cold-calling.
  • Make 25 - 40 live conversations per day on 165-180 dials per day.
  • Achieve completed conversations with target prospects to assess their timing and potential fit based on their role, industry, and use case.
  • Activate leads that are ready-to-evaluate.
  • Turn initial contact into scheduled intro calls.
  • Regularly follow up with “not now” contacts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing by sharing feedback from the field, testing new messaging, and helping optimize outreach strategies.
  • Log activities and track call outcomes to support team visibility and performance insights.
