About The Position

Broccoli is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth and connect home service businesses with AI-powered customer communication. This role is ideal for an ambitious, coachable, and competitive individual eager to advance in tech sales. The SDR will collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to identify opportunities, generate meetings, and build relationships with contractors and operators in the home services industry. The position is suited for those who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, learn quickly, and want to make a direct impact on company growth.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development
  • Strong communication skills — especially over the phone
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, startups, or home services is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, text, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong fit opportunities
  • Book demos and meetings for Account Executives
  • Research accounts and personalize outreach messaging
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and conversion rates
  • Learn the home services industry and become an expert on Broccoli’s AI platform
