Also based in our New York headquarters are our sales, marketing, administrative, and service teams, who work closely together to ensure every customer receives a seamless, personalized experience at every touchpoint. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in supporting Clarapath’s sales and business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers for Clarapath’s advanced SectionStar® and TrimStar Pro® platforms. This individual will be responsible for researching target accounts, initiating outbound prospecting efforts, responding to inbound inquiries, and generating qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team. Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams, the SDR will help build a strong sales pipeline and create meaningful relationships with prospective customers across the laboratory, pathology, healthcare, and life sciences industries. We are seeking a motivated, personable, and proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, learning complex technology, and engaging with customers to understand their needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable with outbound outreach, thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and is excited about representing innovative medical technology that is transforming laboratory workflows and improving patient care.
