As a Senior Sales Development Representative you’ll be at the forefront of building Shape’s pipeline - not just executing outreach, but helping define how we do it. You’ll take ownership of generating high-quality opportunities, refining messaging, and influencing how we scale our go-to-market approach. Over time, there is scope to grow into a broader, more strategic role as the function evolves. You'll be part of our Growth team, working closely with sales, marketing, and product experts. Together, we tell Shape's story to the world and build connections with those who haven't yet experienced how game-changing our platform is.
