Candidates with experience in eating disorders, trauma, mental health, or healthcare outreach are strongly encouraged to apply. As a Business Development Outreach Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Center for Change’s referral network, increasing brand visibility, and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, treatment providers, schools, hospitals, and community partners throughout your assigned territory. This is a highly collaborative, results-driven position that combines strategic outreach, relationship management, market analysis, and community engagement to support organizational growth and patient access to care. The Business Development Outreach Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining referral partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting referral growth initiatives through strategic territory management. Working closely with Admissions and Business Development leadership, this individual will utilize data, market intelligence, and relationship-building expertise to drive referral activity and achieve departmental goals.
