About The Position

This is a commission-based role for a Cold Outreach Recruiter working with an AI-native recruiting platform that partners with top-tier startups in NYC and SF. These startups are often backed by prominent venture capital firms like A16z, Sequoia, and Y Combinator. The demand for recruitment is high, and the role involves sourcing and placing candidates into engineering, product, and operating positions at these fast-growing companies. The recruiter will manage the entire candidate pipeline from sourcing to closing, building relationships with candidates along the way. The compensation is commission-based, with a percentage earned for each successful placement and no earning cap. The role is fully remote, with flexible hours as long as performance targets are met. The company provides a contact list and automated outreach tools, along with support for the necessary tech stack to ensure efficient sourcing, outreach, and closing. There is a consistent flow of roles from top startups, allowing recruiters to focus on closing placements.

Requirements

  • Must be hungry and willing to be persistent.
  • Open to cold calling/texting candidates on a consistent basis.
  • Strong people skills and ability to connect with candidates.
  • Motivated individual.

Responsibilities

  • Source and place candidates into engineering, product, and operating roles at high-growth startups.
  • Manage candidate pipelines end to end.
  • Build relationships with candidates.
  • Move candidates through the hiring process to close.
  • Cold call and text candidates on a consistent basis.
