About The Position

Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to deliver powerful capabilities such as auto-tagging, redaction, content summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle creation, object detection and tracking, content search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial attribute detection. This role involves cold calling, outreach, email follow-ups, CRM updates, and AI-guided conversations that keep every call sharp, natural, and on-message.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, CS, Engineering, or any relevant field.
Exceptional verbal English communication skills — clear, confident, and easily understood by US-based prospects.
2-3 years of Prior experience in sales, business development, cold calling, SDR, or inside sales is a strong plus.
Ability and willingness to work US night shift hours (6 PM – 3 AM).
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to prepare for and guide live conversations.
Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, or Apollo (preferred).
Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls — required for all remote applicants, wherever you're based.
Resilient, upbeat, and comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.
Must be legally authorized to work in the region of employment.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, listens well, and can adapt an AI-suggested talk track into a natural, human conversation rather than reading it verbatim.
Proficiency with AI productivity tools — including regular use of platforms like Claude — is expected to sharpen call prep, follow-up, and efficiency.
An ownership mindset and the drive to hit lead-generation and closing targets with minimal supervision are essential.

Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, or Apollo (preferred).

Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to US-based prospects and initiate outbound conversations.
Use AI-guided conversation tools to prepare for calls, handle objections, and keep every conversation natural and on-brand.
Drive lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, targeted email sequences, and CRM-based prospecting.
Qualify leads, run initial discovery, and schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up consistently by phone and email to move prospects through the pipeline.
Manage and update the CRM accurately, ensuring clean data and visible next steps.
Meet weekly and monthly call volume, lead generation, and meeting-booking targets.
