About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role generates sales, promotes music lessons and customer loyalty, builds relationships with community organizations, and contributes to store operations.

This is a part-time position at Store 8609 in Westborough, Massachusetts. The listed pay rate is $15.00 per hour plus commission, depending on location, background, and experience. Musicians employed by Music & Arts may be eligible for gig leave to take time off to share their music and return to their job after a tour. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
