About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate works to achieve individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provide superior customer service, and perform other senior-level store responsibilities. The role includes selling musical instruments and promoting Music & Arts lessons, developing business through community outreach, and contributing to store operations. Music & Arts offers eligible musician employees gig leave to take time off for a music tour and return to their job. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and deliver sales presentations based on sales training.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Promote customer loyalty.
• Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
