About The Position

The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of store sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role generates sales, promotes Music & Arts’ lesson program, and builds business through networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. The associate develops customer relationships, delivers sales presentations based on training, promotes customer loyalty, and participates in merchandising, displays, maintenance, and other areas of store operations. The position also includes maintaining store security, including control of perimeter door keys, register keys, and a personal alarm code, and performing additional duties as assigned.

The listed pay rate is $15 per hour, depending on background and experience. Music & Arts offers musicians gig leave to take time off for a tour and return to their job. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
