About The Position
The Senior Sales Associate consistently achieves individual sales goals in support of the store’s sales and profit objectives, provides superior customer service, and takes on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role promotes Music & Arts’ lesson program and builds business through relationships with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Associates also contribute to store operations, merchandising, displays, maintenance, and security.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant work experience.
- Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
- Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
- Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
- Develop customer relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
- Provide outstanding customer service and promote customer loyalty.
- Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
- Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm code.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
