About The Position

This role is for a Senior Revenue Manager focused on Demand & Assortment at FELFEL USA, a food-tech scale-up. The ideal candidate will combine commercial instinct with analytical rigor and a passion for food. This position owns FELFEL USA's food revenue, utilizing demand planning, product mix, pricing, and promotions as key levers. The role reports directly to FELFEL USA’s CEO and serves as the leading voice on consumption behavior and food performance. FELFEL's smart fridges provide employees with meals from local chefs and restaurants, operating in New York and Switzerland.

Requirements

5+ years in demand planning, category management, revenue growth management, or a similar analytical-commercial role, with a track record of owning numbers.
Commercially minded with a focus on customer satisfaction, margin, and growth, capable of defending numbers at an executive level.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into decisions.
A 'doer' mentality, capable of setting direction and executing.
Thrives in a start-up environment that is still building its processes.
Passion for good food and a belief that office workers deserve a better lunch.

Responsibilities

Anticipate consumption across clients, weekdays, and seasons, translating it into precise supplier ordering using forecasting models.
Manage the daily allocation of fresh and non-fresh products across all fridges through the stocking tool, supervising outcomes and intervening where necessary.
Own pricing and promotions across the entire food range to drive consumption and profitability.
Understand product performance variations across clients, tailor fridge assortments accordingly, and provide insights to the Food team for future product development.
Translate client feedback from account managers into concrete assortment and stocking decisions, and act decisively when a client is at risk.
